Where Can I Access The VLE?

The RescueFit Virtual Learning Environment can be accessed from any internet receiving device. This includes laptops or desktop computers (Windows & AppleMac), mobile phones (Android & iOS), smart tablets (Android & iOS). The 3D  scanned assets, 360° media and 4K video will also work on all devices.

How Many Experiences Do I Get?

If you pay for one single experience then you will only receive access to this. Members who sign up to a monthly or yearly subscription will gain access to every RescueFit VLE experience online and all new ones as they arrive. RescueFit will upload a new experience every month however we will attempt to increase this number as we move forward.

How Long Will I Have Access To Experience?

Unless an experience becomes outdated or needs to be amended/replaced then it will stay online indefinitely. Even when you complete an experience and receive a certificate you can still return to access its assets and information.

Can I Cancel Once I Have Paid?

Monthly and Yearly subscription holder are able to cancel their plans at any time however this may effect their access to current or future VLE experiences.

How Long Are The Experiences?

RescueFit VLE experiences take between 20-60 minutes to complete however this depends on an individuals choice to stay and investigate media. 

What Topics Do You Cover?

We aim to offer experiences to all levels and abilities of the #rescuenation community however we look to cater for professionals within the emergency service industry.

What's Included In Each VLE Experience?

Framework, Introduction Video, 3D Scans, 360° media (video/images), 4K videos, Learner Appraisal, Certification, Course Close.

How Many VLE Experiences Are There Currently?

We currently have 3 Experiences in the RescueFit Virtual Learning Environment

How Often Do You Add More Experiences?

RescueFit has made a customer commitment to add a minimum of one VLE Experience per month however we hope to add more than 12 per year. 

Does The RescueFit VLE Work On All Devices? 

Yes. We are yet to find an internet browsing device the VLE does not work on. Please contact us for issues.

Do You Offer Group Discounts To Organisations?

We offer a discount to our 'open' VLE Experiences to groups of 10+. These are not 'custom'. T&C apply. We require a group sign-up to be instigated. Please contact us for details. 

Do I Get A CPD Certificate?

Yes. When you complete a RescueFit VLE Experience you will be able to download a PDF certificate and have the option to complete a post learning reflective review to bolster your portfolio.

Can You Provide A Custom Experience?

We have the ability to create custom Experiences for organisations who wish to offer their staff/students a branded and tailored version that is closed to the public. For further details please contact RescueFit.
